IPL Connect is a suite of web applications that is a self-service portal for all employees within the organization. Applications include employee self service tasks such as leave and on duty applications, late arrival regularizations, electronic pay slip delivery, companywide address and phone books, birthday calendars, as well as more complex workflow based applications such as help desk ticketing, travel requisitions and reimbursements, capex approvals, performance appraisal management, visitor management systems, project tracking and communication and document management systems.
