Oracle Support Services

IPL provides managed support services for both Oracle Applications and Database. IPL itself has been an Oracle E-Business Suite user since 2005 and since then has upgraded its applications and Oracle database to the current versions.

We provide support services on both applications and services along with our partners to undertake both day-to-day maintenance activities as well as specific customization requests. Like our facility management services, we use our incident management system to log, track and resolve every incoming issue or change request to provide resolutions in the shortest lead times. We also offer consulting as well as project management services for new implementations and upgrades along with our implementation partners.

Currently, our Oracle Support Services are restricted only to promoted ventures of India Pistons Ltd.
